Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the exception below applies.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following completion of the transaction.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision by submitting a clear and unambiguous cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.

If you cancel your order in accordance with this right, all payments received from you will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged.

Exception to the Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that has been downloaded, accessed, generated, streamed, or otherwise acquired, or to products which you have already had the benefit of.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Decode This Text delivers digital content immediately and that once your analysis report has been generated and made available to you, your right to cancel may no longer apply.

Additional Refund Information

Refunds may still be issued in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent delivery of the report
• Duplicate charges
• Verified billing or processing errors

Refunds are not provided based solely on dissatisfaction with report content, as each report is generated instantly and uniquely from user-submitted input and cannot be returned or reused once delivered.
